There are many managed services firms who want your business, and of course, depending on the type of managed services you are looking to implement, there will be a number of service-specific questions that you’ll want to ask. You need to do your due diligence to make sure you are bringing on a provider who has the right expertise, systems, and processes, and who will be there for the long haul.
