Introducing the Drexel University’s Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship I4E Experts

Meet the team from the Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship community who will be participating as experts at the I4E Grand Prize event in Philadelphia in August.

This year, we’re proud to partner with the Drexel University’s Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship on the Innovations 4 Entrepreneurs contest. We're excited to introduce the team from the Close community who will be participating as experts at the I4E Grand Prize event in Philadelphia in August. As experts in their respective fields, these individuals will also be contributing regular content to the Comcast Business Community over the next year.

Let’s meet our experts:

Chuck.Sacco.resized1Chuck Sacco – Assistant Dean, Drexel University’s Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship
Chuck Sacco is a technology entrepreneur, educator, advisor and public speaker. He has a track record of launching and growing businesses in the fields of enterprise software, business process management and mobile apps. He has started or helped to start six new ventures, and his most recent startup was the launch of PhindMe Mobile, which he co-founded, led and sold to Movitas LLC, a provider of mobile technology solutions to the travel and tourism industries. Chuck will be delivering a keynote address at the I4E Grand Prize event in Philadelphia in August.

Bob.Pic.2Bob Maiden – Startup & SMB Consultant
Bob Maiden, CPA has an extensive background in accounting, finance and entrepreneurship. Bob spent his early career in public accounting with KPMG and as CFO for a startup software firm. He is currently an independent consultant providing consulting services to startups and small business CEOs, and he volunteers for many organizations including the Drexel University Baiada Institute for Entrepreneurship and Mercy Vocational High School. Bob will be a member of the financial team at the I4E Grand Prize Event in August.

WALKERTHOMPKINSWalker Tompkins – Financial Services Executive
Walker Tompkins has been a corporate executive at Fortune 100 corporations and regional financial firms for over 30 years. As the former president and CEO of American Express Credit Corporation, Walker was responsible for all funding and company operations. He’s also held executive roles at Provident Institutional Management Corporation and Prompt Pay LLC. Walker now shares his extensive business experience and advice as a leader and advisor to MBA consulting teams and students. He will be a member of the Business Planning team at the I4E Grand Prize Event.

Orly.portrait.150dpiOrly Zeewy – Brand Architect
Orly Zeewy has thirty years of experience in design, marketing communication and brand strategy. Prior to starting her consulting practice in 2002, she was senior design manager for The Vanguard Group where she directed all of the marketing for Vanguard’s largest institutional clients. In addition to her consulting work, Orly is a respected teacher and public speaker on the economic impact of alignment. She currently teaches in the Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship at Drexel University and in the Fox School of Business & Management at Temple University. Orly will be a member of the Marketing Strategy team at the I4E Grand Prize Event in August.
