  • IHS Markit 10th annual UC as a Service (UCaaS) Leadership Scorecard: North America –  Comcast Business ranked at number five this year, moving up two positions from 2017, for “outpaced average market growth, extensive installed base of customers, sheer breadth of nationwide sales force and solid financial score.”

    According to IHS Markit, Comcast represents “serious competition” as a “strong contender” in the UCaaS space, with its flagship Business VoiceEdge service, newer VoiceEdge Select service and “diligent” work to develop and own the customer-facing user interface and enhanced features.

  • 2018 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award for Comcast BusinessEdge Audio Conferencing App – Earlier this year, TMC, a global integrated media company, recognized Comcast Business for our commitment to excellence and innovation.”  The app, which lets users initiate a conference from a desk phone or mobile device with a single click was noted “among the best communications and technology solutions available on the market.”
