Turn Small Biz into Smart Biz: Technology for Growth, Productivity and CX

May 16, 2019

You can't create more time in the day, but you can use it more efficiently. Small business owners can tap into technology to scale their businesses, keep customers happy, and boost productivity. Join our expert panel to find out how.

From boutiques and consultants to neighborhood coffee shops and everything in between, many business owners have similar challenges and pain points when it comes to growth. They want to scale their businesses, keep customers happy, and have more time the day.

While we can't create more time in the day, we can make how you use the time you have more efficiently.

During Small Business Week 2019, Entrepreneur teamed up with Comcast Business to show ways that technology can help small businesses be more efficient, more effective, and more productive. Join Entrepreneur VIP Contributor and Dynamic Communication author Jill Schiefelbein as she leads a panel of small-business owners and technology experts for a free webinar, “Turn Small Biz into Smart Biz: Technology for Growth, Productivity, and Customer Experience.”

From ways to use your existing Internet connectivity to stream experiences, to creating a smart business with integrated systems allowing you to monitor key performance metrics, and everything in-between, this webinar will give you tangible examples from real business owners that will empower you to rethink the way you use technology and how you can best serve your customers and set your employees up for success.

Attendees of this webinar will learn how:

  • Offering a customer experience, such as free Wi-Fi, can result in thousands of dollars of free marketing.
  • Using voice controls can allow you to have better conversations with your customers on-location, without letting technology be a barrier.
  • Implementing systems that allow for remote access can save your business in times of crisis.
  • your technologies all play well together to give you maximum business insights.

Schiefelbein was joined by the co-founder of Seattle-based Pickleball Central, Anna Copley--a small-business owner who, because of having smart technologies in place, was able to leave her business for a year and travel the world with her husband and children while still achieving business growth. Alongside Copley was the Vice President of Product and Premise Services at Comcast Business, Christian Nascimento, who is passionate about using technology for leveling the playing field for small businesses.
