As they consider the future of their business, small business owners have a lot on their mind. This is an unprecedented situation — everyone is figuring it out as they go and hoping they can make it work. Staying open brings with it a lot of uncertainties, but by harnessing their inherent entrepreneurship and ambition, and with a little help from technology, small businesses can go beyond just bouncing back — they can bounce forward.
