Teresa currently serves as the Vice President, Customer and Digital Experience, Comcast. Within Comcast, she is responsible for driving the customer and digital experience strategy and execution, while leading the market research and customer communications organizations. In addition, Teresa also chairs Comcast Business’ Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Prior to joining Comcast, Teresa held several positions at AT&T. She served as the Executive Director of Digital Experience at Cricket Wireless, a subsidiary of AT&T. Within Cricket, Teresa was primarily responsible for the e-commerce channel www.cricketwireless. Her responsibilities included building and managing cricketwireless.com as the lowest cost channel with the lowest churn rate. Teresa drove the strategy, design and online and on-device implementation. She also managed a design team that includes UX and visual designers as well as content. Teresa also served as the Director of e-commerce Operations for att.com where she was responsible for seven centers with ~2,500 resources both onshore and offshore. As Director of att.com Sales and Marketing, Teresa was responsible for strategic marketing, planning and management for various products and services, U-verse VoIP, IPTV, DirecTV, Wireless and Broadband services. She also served as the Director of Online Creative and User Experience Design where her primary responsibilities included leading the online strategy and execution of AT&T’s Your World Delivered by integrating www.sbc.com with www.att.com.

Teresa joined AT&T after spending several years working for Prodigy Communications and EarthLink Network Incorporation. She served as Director of Program Management and User Experience Design for Prodigy delivering Prodigy’s online portfolio projects and leading a team of 75 project managers, front-end developers, information architects and user interface designers. At EarthLink, she was the National Director of Member Services, where she led an organization that included Creative Services, Member Publications, Media Production, CD fulfillment and Operations.

Teresa holds a B.A. in Marketing and Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
